Introduction to Quicksticks Hockey with ideas and resources for curricular and extra curricular netball. Suitable for QTS / non QTS colleagues.

NB the course has been subsidised as part of your affiliation to the ‘Manchester School’s PE Association’ – to Manchester schools that create a new Quicksticks Hockey club in school and that enter the Mcr Quicksticks Hockey Competitions following the course.

The course objectives are as follows:

1. Introduction of Quicksticks
2. To understand how Quicksticks is played
3. To understand how the resources work – Curriculum Resource and Challenge Cards
4. To ensure safe practise in the delivery of Quicksticks
5. Increase confidence of teachers/community sports coaches to deliver Quicksticks
