The global running day is observed on the first Wednesday of June every year. The global running day is the day to celebrate running. This is a perfect moment to start a fitness activity.
June 3rd is World Bicycle Day.
Cycling remains a great way to keep fit and active and is a good way to boost immunity, it’s also fantastic for your well-being.
