Delivered with partners Healthy Schools, This is the first of 3 sessions which will equip colleagues with the knowledge, skills and confidence to make positive sustained changes towards healthier, happier and active students/school.

Our guest speaker, Greig Trout, is a two time cancer survivor and founder of the inspirational initiative and website, 101 Things To Do When You Survive www.whenyousurvive.com.
Greig runs the ’52 Lives School of Kindness’ whose aim is to empower children by helping them realise that the little choices they make every day have the power to not only change the world but also improve their own physical and mental health.
