Mental Health Awareness Week 5 Daily Activities
This week is mental health awareness week.
Here are 5 daily activities to help improve your mental health.
1. Get outside: Walk, ride or run. Spending time outside in nature is a powerful mood booster.
2. Start a journal: Journals and can help us identify our feelings. It also helps us to be able to develop self-awareness.
3. Exercise: When we exercise it let’s off endorphins in our body which naturally make us feel great.
4. Meditation/mindfulness: Find time for yourself. Meditation is a great way to reset the mind. By taking deep breaths and relax in the body and letting your thoughts flow.
5. Sleep: Making sure you are getting enough sleep to help you feel energised for the day ahead. On that note also good preparation can help you sleep better too.
